We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative with a well-established business based in Kenwick. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for customers and thrives in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment.

About the Role:
In this position, you'll be responsible for managing customer communications, resolving enquiries and complaints, and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive one. You'll also work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders across logistics, warehousing, and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
• Ensure compliance with WHS, Quality, and Chain of Responsibility policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with KPI reporting
• Support stocktakes, customer visits, and other onsite activities
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and escalate when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience (essential)
• Experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain (highly desirable)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Conflict resolution skills and great attention to detail
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
