Mandurah Car Hire is seeking an enthusiastic casual employee for an immediate start with an attractive hourly rate.
Two weekdays per week 08:00 - 17:00 (Days to be agreed)
Position: Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer service superstar to be the first point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients visiting the office.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and coordinate bookings.
- Ensure all paperwork and booking systems are always up-to-date.
- Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor with clients.
- Organise the office and ensure all communications are addressed by the end of the business day.
- Open and close the business on a rotating roster from 07:30 to 17:00 on designated days.
- Wash and vacuum cars, checking for discrepancies upon return, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Regularly clean the office to present a welcoming environment for clients.
Requirements:
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
