About the Client
We are excited to be partnering with a purpose-driven aged care group undergoing a company wide system change.

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll System Analyst or Payroll Specialist with sound knowledge of EA and Award interpretation, coupled with Payroll Compliance and Systems experience.

Skills and Experience
To be considered, you will have the following skills:

Extensive experience in coordinating a range of payroll services including knowledge of and ability to comply with payroll procedures, awareness of tax obligations and the relevant legislation.

Ability to guide and provide timely service to the Payroll Manager - Project Lead.

Strong Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation, ideally gained from the healthcare, aged care or related sector.

Self-starter with a proactive and solutions focused approach.

Solid Microsoft Office Package experience.

Sound communication skills, verbal and written.
