Talent International have partnered with one of the most prominent Managed Service Providers in Australia to find their next L2 Technical Support Engineer (Field Services).
If you are someone who enjoys travelling and wants to be in a position that's client facing then this is the right opportunity for you.
What we are looking for:
- 4-5+ years of experience providing L2 Technical Support to Customers,
- Previous Managed Service Provider experience will be highly regarded,
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365,
- Experience working with Servers, and Networking Tools.
- Experienced working with Routers, Firewalls, Switches, Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (desired, but not essential),
- A valid NSW driver's license is essential.
