This role combines shop-based and field service responsibilities, where you'll repair, test, and support precision equipment used across industries.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial mixers per customer and internal specifications
• Perform in-depth diagnostics, cleaning, and troubleshooting
• Operate shop equipment including forklifts, cranes, and diagnostic tools
• Travel to customer sites to provide field support and service
• Document repairs and contribute to failure analysis and process improvements

Your Profile

• Strong mechanical aptitude; trade qualification or apprenticeship required
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills (MS Office & SAP a plus)
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow repair manuals
• Forklift license required; overhead crane/rigging experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to be suitable for this role.
