About the Role
Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a dedicated ICT team on a critical project. Based on site in Murdoch, this hands-on contract role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise software solutions that support vital healthcare services.
You’ll be contributing to the delivery of high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, technically complex environment — all while playing a key part in enhancing patient outcomes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and document functional, non-functional, and user acceptance tests
Conduct testing of web and mobile applications, including API integration testing
Perform diagnostic and system testing, and report findings to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business users to resolve defects
Support test data management and automation frameworks
Provide second and third-line technical support where required
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice testing methodologies
Ensure compliance with ITIL and internal testing standards
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in software testing, with a focus on enterprise systems (on-premise and cloud)
Demonstrated experience in API testing, web/mobile app testing, and integration testing
Proficiency in test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Tosca, JIRA, DevOps, and Postman
Strong coding ability in C, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications & Clearances
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a related discipline
ISTQB certification (desirable)
Up-to-date vaccinations: COVID-19 (ATAGI-approved), MMR, Varicella, Pertussis
Satisfactory National Police Clearance required
