A fast-growing Melbourne-based outdoor construction company is looking for a genuine, driven, and professional Outdoor Construction Sales Consultant to help homeowners transform their backyards with premium pergolas, decks, and custom outdoor spaces.

This is a pure commission role with daily warm leads – no cold calling or door-knocking.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing:

Meet with warm, pre-qualified leads across greater Melbourne

Conduct on-site consultations and present tailored outdoor construction solutions

Draft accurate quotes and manage your pipeline using CRM tools

Follow up, build trust, and close high-ticket jobs

✅ What We're Looking For:

2+ years of outside sales experience (building or home improvement preferred)

Construction knowledge is essential – you understand how jobs come together

Demonstrated knowledge of outdoor construction methods, materials, and building codes. Trade qualifications advantageous

Friendly, genuine communicator who listens well and builds genuine rapport

Organised and confident using CRM systems and tech tools

Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven

Presentable vehicle and current driver's licence

Reliable vehicle less than 10 years old with comprehensive insurance and valid Victorian driver's licence

Must have valid Australian work rights
