The Role:
You’ll be supporting a Senior Property Manager across a clean, well-managed portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with routine inspections, entry and exit reports
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and tenant communications
• Supporting lease renewals, applications, and arrears management
• General administrative support and team collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Driver’s licence (company car provided)
• Great communication and time management skills
• A genuine interest in property management and customer service
• Previous experience in real estate or administration highly regarded
