Having recently secured a $95m+ project they are now looking for a Senior Site Manager to to get the job out of the ground and drive it.

Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified Carpenter, Bachelor of Construction Management or Engineering
• Strong structures experience.
• Proven experience taking the lead on a major project in excess of $50M.
• Preference for experience on residential apartment projects delivering from ground up.
• Local experience and established relationships with the major tier 1 and tier 2 subcontractors
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate on-site teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with project stakeholders, clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills.
