The position requirements include but are not limited to:

• Oversee daily production processes to meet OEE targets and participation in toolbox meetings
• Coordinate training to support team development, acting on feedback to drive engagement
• Maintain a positive leadership style to nurture the existing continuous improvement culture
• Strictly following and driving all required safety and quality procedures

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following:

• Formal qualifications in a Production or Manufacturing stream advantageous
• Proven leadership experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment is essential
• Proven knowledge of GMP, lean manufacturing principles and a strong mechanical aptitude
• Being a team player with a positive, self-motivated and proactive attitude is essential
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with a high attention to detail

On Offer

Night Shift Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am
7 shifts/fortnight - no Sunday work
$100k - $110k (negotiable) + shift loading + bonus scheme + super
