Bakery Sales Assistant

Torquay / Armstrong Creek

We are looking for a reliable, customer focused bakery sales assistant to join our team.

We are looking for either part-time / casual sales assistants at our two bakery locations in Torquay (The Dunes Village) and Armstrong Creek (The Village Warralily) throughout weekday times and possible weekend shifts.

As a sales assistant you will be the friendly face of our bakery.

Your role includes:

helping customers with warm attentive service

managing sales at the counter

keeping the store clean, welcoming, and well stocked

making sure our baked goods are beautifully presented.

What we are looking for:

Friendly, approachable, with excellent customer service skills

Organised, punctual and reliable

Willing to grow and learn with the business

Open to taking on extra responsibility over time
