What You’ll Be Doing
As a senior technical expert, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering high-impact support, mentoring others, and driving innovation across client environments. Your day-to-day will include:
Designing and implementing advanced system architecture across a range of client environments
Leading security administration and best practices to ensure robust, secure systems
Delivering cloud solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
Driving virtualisation projects and optimising infrastructure performance
Solving complex, escalated issues with advanced troubleshooting skills across varied IT landscapes
Sharing your expertise with the team – mentoring Level 1 and 2 techs to uplift capability
What You’ll Bring
Advanced troubleshooting of desktops, servers, and networks (Windows/Mac/Linux environments)
Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams administration
Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure: DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing/switching
Experience with endpoint security tools and advanced malware/virus remediation
Backup and disaster recovery solutions configuration and troubleshooting
Cloud technology expertise (Azure, AWS, SaaS platforms)
Understanding of ITIL practices
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (highly regarded)
