What you’ll do

Perform detailed take‑offs and prepare accurate quotes for residential plastering (sheeting, setting, framing, cornices etc.).

Use PlanSwift and Ascora to produce clear, competitive estimates.

Liaise confidently with builders and clients to build strong working relationships and follow up on proposals.

Support our commercial estimating team – we’ll train you if you want to broaden your skills.

Be part of a small, tight‑knit team where your knowledge and experience directly influence project success.

Who this suits

Plasterers or former business owners wanting to get off the tools and leverage 2+ years of residential estimating or site experience.

You’re Brisbane‑based (northside preferred) and enjoy talking to builders and clients over the phone.

Proficient with PlanSwift or similar estimating software, or ready to learn.

Detail‑driven, organised and committed to high standards.
