MPI has been engaged by a number of our clients to provide Underground Paste Crew Operators for multiple gold mine sites in Western Australia.

We are looking for those with a minimum 6-months experience on paste crew looking to join established sites and businesses with long term prospects.

You will be responsible for installing dump valves/diverter valves and pressure sensors, construction of paste and brattice walls, coordination between the surface plant and mining teams.

Positions are offered on a temp to perm basis for suitable candidates after 6 months. Depending on the sites, the roster will be either a 8/6/7/7 or 2/1. Pay rates range from $60 - $65 p/h based on experience. Super paid on all hours.

To be considered you must have the following:

A minimum of 6 months proven experience in underground operations in a paste crew position

Ability to operate underground integrated tool carriers

A record of safe underground mining practices and ability to handle the physical demands of the role

Hold a current national police clearance within 6 months

A valid manual C class driver's licence

The ability to under-go and pass a pre-employment medical.
