The role:

Our client is looking for us to fill the position of Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis, up to full-time hours for a period of at least 3 months.

Your main duties & responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Provide high quality customer service and represent the Client in a positive and professional manner.
• Provide general administrative and clerical assistance to support the functions of the work group.
• Process payments for the client's activities and maintain accuracy in cash handling.
• Update and manage requests and information flow within the Client's various software systems.
• Provide assistance to customers with queries where required.
• Ensure enquiries either face to face or via phone are directed to the appropriate person when required.

What you will need to succeed includes:

• Ability to solve problems and work with minimum supervision in a team environment.
• Certificate IV Business/Administration or similar working experience.
• Current Driver Licence. (unrestricted)
• Registration to Work with Vulnerable People.
• Experience and knowledge in a role with similar duties is desired
