We value the lived experience and cultural knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates, and we encourage you to apply. We understand that cultural knowledge is a strength in this role and will support you in bringing your full self to the workplace

About the role

Permanent part time opportunity to work within the multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of culturally safe gynaecology care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women accessing the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital's Women's Business Shared Pathway (WBSP). • Support the growth of cultural capability amongst the WBSP team, and the broader RBWH GOPD and allied health departments as required through the provision of cultural education and cultural mentoring relevant to a clinical context.
  • Actively participate in MNHHS Health Equity initiatives and appropriate professional organisations such as the National Association of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers and Practitioners (NAATSIHWP)
