A reputable medium sized Perth Project Management Consultancy is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for one of their key client’s portfolios. A genuine leadership role on blue-chip, sexy and unique projects, this PM firm chooses to work with clients who have exciting projects that will provide their staff with great satisfaction and experience.

Managing a blue-chip client’s portfolio of various building projects up to $500m, you will be the first point of call for the client, fostering the relationship and keeping them happy. This is a self-managing, autonomous role where work-life balance is certainly available with 40hrs per week on a flexi time basis.

Minimum criteria for the Client-side Senior Project Manager:

• 7+ years commercial building experience
• 3+ years experience on the client side
• Tertiary qualified in construction management, engineering or architecture
• Excellent client facing skills
• Excellent communication and administrative / reporting skills
• The right to work in Australia
• Perth based or enroute
• A Project Manager who is ready for that next step to Senior PM will be considered
• Salary guide: $160 – 200k pkg (commensurate with experience)
