Altaira is currently seeking 2x Allocations Administrators, both Permanent Part-Time for AM and PM shifts.

Your role will be allocating and rostering of nursing and aged care staff for a range of Altaira aged care and community clients, administrative follow-ups, and data entry. You will be based in Campbelltown, working within a friendly and supportive team.

Position 1 (AM shifts): 4:30am to 08:30am, Monday to Friday (20 hours weekly).

Position 2 (PM shifts): 3 days weekly - Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays from 19:30 to 00:00 (13.5 hours weekly).

There will be possibility for additional shifts to cover staff leave.

Essential qualities required are:

Exceptional customer service skills

Professional, polite and friendly phone manner

Good written and spoken English

Able to handle a busy phone system efficiently

Efficient time management skills

Able to think on your feet and problem solve

Attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously and within a team

Process driven

Work well under pressure and within strict time frames

Desirable experience:

A background in a call centre or office environment

Ability to relieve other staff outside of rostered hours is highly desirable but not essential.
