They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, government, education, health and more.

My client is a looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth. Industrial project experience is A MUST for this opportunity! Office based south side of Brisbane.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred
• Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
• Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
• Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $10m - $70m+
