The opportunity

We’re looking for a Contracts & Procurement Administrator to join the Delivery team, who ensures timely and accurate delivery of administrative functions for whole of business as they relate to contracting and procurement. The Contracts & Procurement Administrator reports directly to the Contracts & Procurement Manager and is a permanent full-time role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Raising purchase orders for projects and adhoc or recurring goods and services

• Processing travel requests and enquiries in line with Travel Policy & delegation

• Processing conference and personal development requests in line with & delegation

• Preparing contract documentation for approval including projects, suppliers, subcontractors, and grants

• Creating and maintaining up to date contract and related records in VendorPanel

• Collecting, drafting and maintaining project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and milestones

• Providing adhoc administration support relating to Contracts and Procurement functions as required

About you

Ideally, you will share our vision to lead the change that will deliver an environment for future generations to thrive. You will be highly motivated and can work autonomously in agreed timeframes. To be successful in this role, you will have all or many of the following requirements:

• Previous experience in contract administration, procurement or travel coordination in a high volume environment

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and data entry skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proven ability to meet deadlines

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role

• Previous stakeholder engagement experience
