Schedule of Duties

Main Tasks

- Contribute to the build, setup and shutdown, monitoring, inspecting and post processing across EOS 3D printer machine and other platforms

- Assist with maintenance and routine cleaning of plant and workshop equipment

- Preparing files for printing

- Develop, qualify and refine manufacturing processes and solve production challenges with EOS P396 machines

- Produce reports, procedures and manuals to document results and develop mature processes for efficient production

- Able to follow and improve existing production processes and protocols

- Prepare FDM files and work within printing production process of computers, printers and workshop

- Prepare straps and workshop finishing tasks within production process

- Maintain and complete tasks for client item delivery and quality control

- Maintain stock lists and ordering

Required Skills

- Minimum of 5yrs of industrial experience in SLS printing (EOS Polymer Printers)

- Electrical safety training

- Expertise in machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support

- A practical knowledge of electromechanical and pneumatic schematics

- Must be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment focused on innovation and demonstrate:
