The Opportunity

The Digital Workplace function aligns technology, employees and business processes to improve operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for representing AC3, providing an exceptional customer experience, and support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices managed by AC3.

About the Role

• Perform onsite support (as needed) and remote support for end user devices and applications using remote management tools
• Management and deployment of SOE images for user devices via SCCM/Intune
• Application packaging and deployment via SCCM/Intune
• Desktop and Mobile Device Management using SCCM/Intune
• Maintaining end user compute related Group Policy Objects within AC3 supported environments
• Performing end user compute related patch management and relevant reporting activities
• Troubleshooting and resolving email related issues, Office365 / Exchange
• Liaising with and escalating to internal teams relating to server or platform related problems
• Identify and record all AC3 managed end user computing devices, assets and associated user/device allocations within the organisation.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Relevant Qualifications in IT
• 2+ years' experience in a similar End User Computing role
• 4+ years' experience in supporting end user devices with the ability to effectively and confidently communicate with senior management and executives
• Deep understanding of support best practices, incl. identifying the true root cause and going the extra mile when required. Proven experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment and working under stress in emergencies
• Demonstrated commitment to customer-service, continuous improvement and ethical business practices
• Experience working in technical environments with strong proven working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, M365 Suite, Exchange Online, AV management, Windows desktop products, Mobile Device Management, MECM, Microsoft Intune and associated products
