About the position

PROJECT COORDINATOR/OFFICE SUPPORT

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated professional to work in our Townsville Office, assisting with day to day duties in our Plumbing and Roofing Division

About you
You would be an experienced Project Coordinator/Administrator within the Building and Construction industry (Plumbing and roofing experience advantageous)

Day to day tasks :

Setting up and managing client files and projects

Entering jobs into our system and manage scheduling

Providing proactive administrative support

Professionally manage communications across clients, customers and trades

Ordering materials and scheduling projects

Communication with clients and trades

Ensuring job organisation and projects are delivered on schedule

From you

Computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new programs

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Be able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team

Strong multitasking abilities

Ability to efficiently provide excellent customer service

Conflict resolution and dispute handling skills as required

Ability to prioritise and strong time management skills
