Position Title: Clinical Educator - RN (Mental Health)
Classification: NP75 - NP77
Salary per fortnight (exc. super): $4,325.60 - $4,658.20
Hours per fortnight: Ongoing 80 Hours (including ADO every 4 weeks) & 64 Hours Part Time Fixed Term
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time hours available & Fixed Term Part time hours available (June 2026)
Other requirements: 2025 Flu Vaccination

We're looking for a passionate educator to help shape the future of mental health care. In this dynamic role, you'll support the professional growth of MHWS staff through training, supervision, and workforce development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide education and training to Mental Heath & Wellbeing Staff
Support clinical staff in meeting mandatory and professional development goals
Coordinate and support student placements
Deliver Graduate and Transition Program training
Lead MHWS professional development programs
Support access to clinical supervision

The Mental Health Service provides psychiatric care and treatment across a large catchment area in Victoria stretching from Swan Hill in the north of the state to Gisborne in the south.
