About the Role:
Maxima’s valued client is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer for a temporary 3 month assignment. Working 4 days/week, this role is located in the CBD covering whilst permanent recruitment takes place. Paying between $50-$56/hr (casual) + Super.

Reporting to the manager, key duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Support project coordination
  • Document preparation
  • Providing timely and efficient administrative services
  • Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting team members with the maintenance of team registers and databases and preparing timely reports and customer responses

About You:

  • Previous experience providing administrative support to the delivery of projects
  • Experience with project lifecycles and ability to assist with strategies relating to projects and programs
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience in digital communications
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of time management skills
  • Experience managing financial and logistical tasks
  • Current national police clearance (or willing to obtain)
