About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale software implementations on the Salesforce platform. You’ll manage multiple concurrent projects across recruitment, labour hire and healthcare industries, leading implementation and technical consultants to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery of implementation projects (6–12 months duration)
- Management of project milestones and tasks using JIRA as the primary tool
- Plan and manage sprint activities, deliverables and budgets
- Lead client kick-offs, stand-ups, and Steering Committee meetings
- Communicate progress, risk and scope changes clearly and proactively
- Manage project finances, change requests and stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to drive success

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in project delivery and managing multiple, concurrent software implementation projects (Min. 3+ years)
- Experience in large-scale implementations (1,000+ employee clients)
- Strong understanding of project methodology (Agile + Waterfall)
- Previous experience using JIRA (essential)
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Industry knowledge in recruitment/staffing/payroll systems (a bonus!)
- A knack for getting things done, on time and on budget
