About The Company

Our client is one of the largest waterproofing contractors in the Victorian building and construction industry and provide quality waterproofing services to the commercial and civil construction sectors and to asset owners and managers requiring remedial waterproofing works. The business continues to grow across all targeted sectors, but particularly in the civil construction sector, where it has recently been successful in winning tenders on major infrastructure projects that will run into 2027 and beyond.

About The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with a background in delivering infrastructure projects and/or Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial projects. You will be responsible for leading projects from mobilisation through to delivery, ensuring operational and financial success.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and commercial waterproofing projects
• Manage scopes, budgets, client expectations, and project KPIs
• Schedule teams and coordinate resources for optimal delivery
• Lead on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation and project reports
• Ensure safety, cost control, and delivery standards are consistently met

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years of project management experience in civil infrastructure and/or Tier 1 or 2 commercial construction
• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent organisational, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple sites with hybrid office/site-based operations
• A proven track record of working with QA systems and delivering compliant outcomes
