The Company
This is not your average finance role, and this is not your average health business.
This is a division within a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed healthcare group that’s transforming the way allied health services are delivered. With operations across Australia, the US and the UK, they’re not just growing – they’re scaling with purpose.
Backed by significant investment and a compelling growth mandate, this business unit has bold ambitions to triple revenue and EBITDA within five years. To support this trajectory, they are building a best-in-class finance and strategy team – and this is your chance to be part of it.
The Role
This newly created Commercial Analyst position is designed for impact. It blends strategic thinking with financial rigour, and puts you at the heart of planning and decision-making alongside the CFO and divisional leadership.
It’s not about sitting behind spreadsheets – it’s about telling the story behind the numbers, influencing decisions, and helping to shape the growth of a global business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning the 3–5 year financial model, budget and forecast process
Presenting monthly performance and actionable insights to executives and the board
Driving improvements in capital allocation, cash flow visibility and commercial outcomes
Supporting strategic projects including M&A and international expansion
Playing a key role in system and process uplift to support scalable growth
About You
You’re not just a technically sharp analyst – you’re a commercially minded operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
You’ve likely cut your teeth in a multi-site, service-based business (health, retail, aged care, etc.) or within a PE-backed group. You can speak the language of both finance and operations, and you enjoy getting into the detail while keeping your eye on the bigger picture.
You’ll bring:
A CA or CPA qualification
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills (Power BI is a plus)
The ability to distil complex financials into clear, actionable insights
A collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
A proactive, growth-oriented approach with a passion for improvement
Skills & Experience
CA/CPA qualified with a background in financial planning, analysis or commercial finance
Strong stakeholder engagement and performance reporting experience
Prior exposure to scaling businesses, system improvement and operational partnering
What’s On Offer
A broad and high-impact role with direct access to executives
Strategic influence in a business with serious growth ambition
Hybrid work environment with flexibility and ownership
The chance to make your mark and grow with the business
