Our client is a respected not-for-profit organisation with a proud national presence and a strong community focus.

They’re seeking a Performance & Reporting Analyst to drive the development and automation of executive dashboards and performance reports. This newly created role suits someone who enjoys working with data, building reports from scratch, and simplifying processes to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for executive and operational stakeholders.
• Deliver fortnightly performance insights including budget vs actuals, staffing trends, and occupancy metrics.
• Prepare monthly executive dashboards consolidating P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow.
• Work with raw, multi-source datasets (5–6 linked tables) to create automated, scalable reports.
• Streamline and improve existing reporting tools to reduce manual effort and enhance accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance and business leaders to refine and evolve reporting outputs.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong Excel skills (Power Pivot, Power Query, charts, dashboards).
• Experience building financial and operational reports from the ground up.
• Solid understanding of data models and how tables interrelate.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems proactively.
• Exposure to Power BI and DAX formulas (preferred but not essential).
