About the role

Triodia is seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Western Australia. As a full-time Civil Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and directing a team of civil construction workers to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise

Coordinating the allocation of resources, equipment, and materials to optimise productivity and efficiency

Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies

Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure open communication and timely problem-solving

Preparing detailed reports and documentation as required

What we're looking for

Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Civil Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry

Thorough understanding of civil construction processes, including site preparation, earthworks, drainage, and infrastructure installation

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on safety and quality

Proficient in the use of construction management software and technologies

Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, standards, and industry best practices

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders

Relevant plant/operating tickets

Cert III or IV in Civil Construction (desirable)

Current driver's license - MR- HR Preferred
