About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Civil Supervisor or an experienced Leading Hand/Foreman ready to take the next step in their career. This is a great development opportunity for those eager to grow into a leadership role. You’ll oversee daily site operations across Perth, supporting the delivery of high-quality civil projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily site operations
Lead pre-starts and promote a positive, safety-first team culture
Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor HSE and quality compliance, resolving issues proactively
Manage site paperwork including timesheets and permits
Support and mentor crew members
Attend site meetings and build strong client relationships
Maximise use of resources and reduce waste
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil construction (as Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand)
Civil experience in at least one of the following: bulk earthworks, roads, or underground services
Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and quality control
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to changing site demands
White Card and valid WA manual driver’s licence required
