The Role

We are looking for experienced Civil Supervisors for an immediate start.

Perth Metro role (No more FIFO)

Permanent role

Salary $140k - $160K (Discussed on experience) + Vehicle + Super

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors daily.

Attend site meetings and liaise with Civil Superintendent and Project Management.

Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs.

Maintain site records and responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings.

Manage projects and ensure programs, productions and budgets are met.

Requirements:

Project experience in civil construction works, including draining/ water mains/ earthworks/ stormwater/ sewage/ pipe laying

Must have proven previous Supervising experience civil/bulk earthworks construction

All round Civil operating experience

Have a commercial acumen - WHS driven - Production background

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in Civil Construction.

Current driver’s license

Construction Industry White Card.

First Aid (preferred but not essential)
