About us

This includes midwifery, antenatal, postnatal, and doula services, all designed to honour cultural practices and empower women and families.

About the role

The Cultural Birth Worker supports women through pregnancy, birth, and early parenting by providing trauma-informed care that encourages bonding and healthy development from the womb onward. You'll help promote breastfeeding using the World Health Organisation’s ten steps, offer antenatal education, support women at medical appointments, and provide doula care through birth planning and ongoing emotional support. It’s a hands-on, heart-first role that makes a real difference in the lives of our women and families.
