Pikes Waste Water is a family-owned local business that has been proudly servicing the community in wastewater industry. We are seeking a Technician to conduct servicing in accordance with local council regulations, handle breakdowns and assist in the installation of new treatment plant. While previous experience and various certificates are advantageous, they are not essential as we provide comprehensive training for the successful applicant.

Our flexible working hours are structured around a daily schedule from 7 am to 4 pm on weekdays.

Job tasks and responsibilities include:

- Servicing onsite wastewater systems

- Providing excellent customer service, including problem-solving, inspections, and repairs

- Communicating any concerns and charges to customers

- Assisting other team members as needed

Skills and experience required:

- A valid car manual license is essential

- Previous wastewater experience is not required as training is provided, but it is desirable

- Basic data recording for work completed onsite is beneficial
