Mechanical Service Technician

Our local subsidiary in Brisbane, is seeking a motivated Mechanical Service Technician, willing to work as part of a site-based residential service team. You will be expected to work with machines in secured environments, fulfilling the following roles:

Preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy duty machines and systems

Mechanical fault finding on n systems for equipment such as transfer vehicles, powered roller decks, scissor lifts and hoists.

Assisting your team to ensure maximum system availability for the customer.

Working towards increasing equipment reliability by continuously improving the way of working and our processes on site.

Reading and interpreting mechanical as-built/shop drawings to ensure the proper maintenance of machines.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Fitter or equivalent experience with relevant equipment such as hydraulic and mechanically driven systems.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Able to pass a Police Check for ASIC Card eligibility

Clear Drug & Alcohol Test
