What You’ll Do

Lead the delivery of complex $15M+ commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from day one

Oversee subcontractors, safety, scheduling, quality control, and budgets

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to achieve premium finishes

Ensure works are delivered to the highest standards in live, occupied environments

Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and uphold a safety-first culture

About You

You’re a proven leader who thrives on large-scale, high-end delivery. You will bring:

Senior Site Manager experience on $15M+ commercial fit-out/refurb projects

Expertise in programming, logistics, and occupied-site management

Strong track record delivering premium-quality finishes on complex builds

Ability to lead, motivate, and manage subcontractor teams effectively

Excellent client-facing and consultant management skills

In-depth knowledge of WHS legislation and quality assurance processes

Trade qualification or degree in Construction Management (preferred)
