Due to project wins and consistent success based on an excellent management team, superb business culture, and a clear path for progression for their employees they are looking to appoint a Site Manager to be site based on a newly secured & high profile $40M commercial project.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations from early works to handover

Manage trades, safety, quality, and scheduling

Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and project timelines

Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial builds

Strong trade coordination, documentation, and leadership skills

Sound understanding of local construction standards and safety compliance

Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights preferred
