arkhé is currently recruiting experienced and passionate section waiters and bar staff to join our dynamic team and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Roles and Experience

As a part of the Food & Beverage Service Team, you will demonstrate the following:

Section Waiters – set up/pack down of the restaurant, deliver a high personable level of service to all guests, knowledge and understanding of food offerings, ability to manage a section of up to 8 tables, excellent communication and organisational skills.

Bar – outstanding customer service, knowledge and experience of beverage offerings including wine and spirits, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, uphold cleanliness, keen eye for detail, desire to grow.

Must have previous experience.

Regular Staff training sessions are held, allowing staff to continually learn and develop within the team. You will also have access to the staff loyalty program amongst the Palmer Hospitality Group.
