This is a casual role offering a good volume of regular on-going hours and an immediate start. We are a very busy venue with very high standards, so the ability to provide fast - paced, composed and professional service is the key for anyone looking to apply for this role.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:-

- A genuine passion for our industry and the desire to provide exceptional service.

- Extensive previous experience running a section with some time spent in a fine dining environment

- An exceptional work ethic and keen eye for detail

- Solid values, including punctuality, trustworthiness and reliability

- Good overall wine & beverage knowledge (ideally including European wines)
