Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Junior/Intermediate Software Developer to support our real estate technology platforms. This role blends software development, technical support, AI tool adoption, and documentation creation. You'll assist in building and refining internal tools, improving agent-facing systems, and supporting non-technical staff through clear and useful documentation.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving problems, documenting their solutions, and working in a product-driven team that embraces AI-enhanced development tools like Replit and Cursor.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Technical Support

Assist with the development and maintenance of web-based systems using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, WordPress, and Wix.

Investigate, reproduce, and fix bugs or platform issues.

Support integrations with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, AI chatbots, and internal APIs.

Work closely with senior developers to refine technical tickets and contribute to sprint planning.

AI Tool Usage & Workflow Enhancement

Leverage AI-powered developer tools such as Cursor, Replit, GitHub Copilot, and others to speed up coding and debugging.

Actively suggest opportunities to improve workflows using AI-enhanced processes.

Prompt and refine AI output to assist in development, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Documentation

Write and maintain internal documentation for systems, tools, APIs, and technical workflows.

Produce clear, client-facing self-help articles for agent and support use (FAQs, troubleshooting guides, etc.).

Ensure technical updates are well-documented and communicated to relevant internal teams.

Collaboration & Testing

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand business needs.

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and QA of new features before release.

Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute feedback during retrospectives and planning sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in a technical support or development role (agency or SaaS environment preferred).

Solid foundation in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and basic frontend frameworks.

Experience with WordPress, Wix, and general web CMS platforms.

Comfort working with AI development tools (Replit, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) or willingness to learn rapidly.

Familiarity with DNS and basic devops tasks (configuring domains, SSL, etc.).

Experience using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Linear) and version control (Git).

Strong written communication skills with the ability to write both technical and non-technical documentation.

Ability to self-manage tasks, follow processes, and deliver work on time.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued)

Experience using or writing documentation in tools like Notion, Confluence, or ReadMe.

Exposure to Agile development and understanding of SCRUM.

Knowledge of real estate workflows or CRM tools.

Experience creating onboarding or walkthrough guides for software users.

Familiarity with APIs and Postman for testing endpoints.
