About the role:
As an APS5 Data Officer, you'll support regional operations by delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting. You’ll work under limited direction and use your technical expertise to support operational decisions and drive improvements.
What you will do:
- Extract, clean, and analyse performance data
- Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel, Salesforce and SAS
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet data needs
- Translate insights into meaningful information for service leaders
- Support data projects and contribute to quality assurance
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in data analysis and visualisation
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to communicate technical data to non-technical audiences
- Innovative mindset and experience improving data processes
- Knowledge of government or APS environments is a bonus
