About the role

As APS5 Project Officer, you'll support strategic communications and governance frameworks within the NSW/ACT Regional Services Division. This role combines stakeholder engagement, coordination, and content creation to support high-impact initiatives.

What you will do

• Coordinate governance processes and project documentation
• Draft and review communication materials including reports and briefings
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to support divisional goals
• Monitor and report on communication and governance outcomes
• Contribute to continuous improvement across frameworks and processes

What you will bring

• Experience in governance and communication
• Sound judgment and the ability to work independently
• Strong writing, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic awareness and a proactive mindset
• Knowledge of APS frameworks (desirable)
