We are on the lookout for a skilled and reliable Accounts/Administrator All-Rounder to join our growing team in Ipswich. If you're experienced across all aspects of accounts/admin and want to work with a growing team– this could be your perfect next move.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Tasks within Accounts Payable and Receivable with accuracy and efficiency

· Managing account reconciliations and maintaining financial records

· Supporting end-of-month reporting and cash flow tracking

· Communicating with suppliers, clients, and staff on account matters

· Providing admin support through-out the business as needed

What We're Looking For

· Handling Accounts Payable and Receivable with accuracy and efficiency

· Demonstrated experience in a hands-on accounts role

· Solid understanding of general bookkeeping principles

· Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo preferred but not essential)

· Worked with Inter-companies and multiple divisions within a company

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

· Well-developed organisational and multi-tasking skills

· A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

· Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
