Prosperity Residential is an established and growing SEQ and VIC based home building company seeking an experienced New Homes Marketing and Sales manager to help set up new Retail Home Building Company to compete in display villages.

Prosperity residential predominantly operates as a fixed price wholesale builder (which will continue), this new business will be built to compete with more standard Retail direct to client builders like Coral Homes and Metricon.

Our first display home is approx 1 year off opening, to be in Eucalee estate, Gleneagle (yet to commence construction) and the person to come into role will help build this brand from the ground up.

About the Role

Initially they will be involved in setting things up along side myself. You will also have support from our marketing department for Website/Social/brochure design etc

Proposed Hours

Tue - Fri 9am - 5pm

Sat 10am - 4pm

Hybrid Work from Home and out of Prosperity's current display until such time new diplay home is built in Gleneagle

Whilst display home under construction;

Build and define brand

Sort Fixtures fittings

Develop Pricing, Upgrades, Colour Selections

Develop our floor plans

Develop sales strategy/marketing plan

Website and social media pages creation (with help from marketing/design team)

Brochure creation (with help from marketing/design team)

Realestate.com management (sales should commence prior to display being completed with leads generated via realestate and social media)

Do sales with special promotions prior to display completion

Build referral relationships

Network and source more display village locations

Once Display completed

Work in display doing sales and train, grown and oversee a team

Continue to manage sales and marketing

Expand into other display villages

Expand into VIC (potentially)

The role will be salary plus comms, the role is open to expand and company will likely be across multiple states.

Qualifications/Experience

Strong experience in sales/marketing management role for Residential home building company

Experience operating a Display Home

Have stable employment history – this is a must

Strong sales performance and goal achievement in past roles

Excellent communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills

A proactive, self-driven mindset and hunger for success

Willingness to work weekends, with time off during the week

Your own reliable transport/car is essential for this role
