The Opportunity
This is your chance to lead a landmark multi-residential apartment development in Newstead. You will be on the build from start-to-finish and the project will run for 2 years, hitting site in September.

This 20-storey tower will be delivered using some modular construction – offering a unique technical challenge for an experienced multi-res PM. You’ll be managing the full lifecycle delivery in partnership with a well-known developer group.

This well-established national builder has delivered award-winning projects across multi-residential, education, health, aged care, commercial, and fit-out sectors. Current Brisbane-based projects include multi-res, schools, aged care and healthcare facilities, ranging from $10mil to $65mil.

With a reputation for stable project delivery and repeat client partnerships, they offer strong internal systems, a solid local leadership team, and projects you can be proud of.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of a complex multi-res build from pre-construction through to completion
  • Coordinate closely with the developer and internal teams across design, programming, subcontractor engagement, and financial reporting
  • Lead a site and office-based team, working collaboratively with stakeholders to drive timelines, cost, and quality

What You Bring

  • Experience as a Project Manager on high-rise multi-residential projects
  • Local industry knowledge and strong consultant/subcontractor relationships in the Brisbane market highly regarded
