As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a Junior Estimator to join their collaborative team and support the tendering and delivery of future commercial projects throughout NSW.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Junior Estimator, you will work closely with the Estimating and Sales teams whilst taking ownership of end-to-end estimating responsibilities to support successful project tendering and acquisition. With ongoing guidance and support, you’ll play a key role in the company’s continued growth by contributing to the securement of strategically important projects.

DUTIES.

• Prepare tender submissions
• Estimating projects
• Cost Planning
• Scope of works preparations
• Subcontractor negotiations
• Pre tender planning
• BOQ's
• Work with the team to plan programming

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
• Demonstrated ability to win commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
• 1 year experience in a similar role is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication
