To support their ongoing growth, they are seeking a Junior Estimator to join their collaborative team and assist with securing future commercial projects across NSW.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Working closely with the Estimating and sales team whilst taking ownership of end-to-end estimating responsibilities, contributing to the successful tendering and securing of projects. With comprehensive guidance and support, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and development by assisting with he successful acquisition of key projects.

DUTIES.

• Prepare tender submissions
• Estimating projects
• Cost Planning
• Scope of works preparations
• Subcontractor negotiations
• Pre tender planning
• BOQ's
• Work with the team to plan programming

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
• Demonstrated ability to win commercial fitout and refurbishment projects
• 1 year experience in a similar role is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication
