The Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to support our business development and promotional efforts at DMA Engineers.

Based in Spring Hill, Brisbane, you’ll work closely with our leadership, technical and admin teams to build awareness of our brand, support client engagement, and help grow our market share. This is an exciting opportunity to support a broad range of marketing, communications, and business development activities in a professional services environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for marketing, branding, and detail. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively and have a proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and deliver great outcomes.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a marketing, communications, or business development role—within professional services or the built environment

Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office, and LinkedIn

Confidence in preparing and editing proposals, capability statements, and marketing collateral

Experience coordinating events and building client relationships is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and coordination of marketing activities and promotional materials

Support the preparation of fee submissions, proposals, EOIs and capability statements

Maintain and update social media platforms, especially LinkedIn

Help organise industry events and networking opportunities

Support engagement with government, councils and key industry groups

Work with our admin team to support day-to-day operations and marketing library upkeep

Help promote awareness of business development and marketing across the business
