About the Role
We are seeking applications for the role of QTIX Marketing Strategy and Insights Manager. This is an essential role to establish a dedicated data analysis and insights service, providing actionable data intelligence to support strategic planning and audience development for QTIX clients. The role will manage the rollout and enhancement of digital communications across QTIX-owned channels to attract audiences and grow ticket sales.
In this role you will:
Establish and lead a dedicated data analysis and insights service for QTIX clients. Deliver actionable intelligence to support strategic planning and audience development. Facilitate regular presentations to QTIX clients and arts sector stakeholders to guide data driven decision making.
Analyse audience behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to develop marketing strategies to achieve audience engagement and growth objectives for QTIX and its clients.
Provide benchmarking and shared learnings across the Queensland arts sector annually.
Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of digital communications across QTIX owned channels. Evaluate campaign performance and refine digital strategies for maximum impact.
Maintain and optimise reporting infrastructure, automation platforms, and data connectivity. Oversee data governance, ensuring secure data sharing and compliance with privacy regulations.
Lead and support the QTIX Digital Campaign Coordinator, aligning priorities with internal teams, manage relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget, and in-scope delivery of services.
Proactively build and maintain strong QTIX client relationships by anticipating needs, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently communicating value.
Perform other duties as required by the Head of Ticketing Strategy and Head of Digital. This may include being part of ticketing tender submissions and QTIX marketing initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality insights reports and translate data into actionable strategies, including interpreting trends, measuring performance, and clearly presenting findings in person to clients to support strategic planning and audience development.
Proven experience leading digital marketing strategy and delivery, including campaign management, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms, with a strong focus on customer engagement and achieving business outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, and internal teams.
Sound knowledge of data governance and digital best practices, including compliance with privacy regulations, secure data sharing protocols, and responsible use of data in public-facing communications.
Experience in the cultural or ticketing sector (desirable), with a strong understanding of the role of audience development in supporting Queensland artists and arts organisations.
