Gregory Ward has spent the last 9 years going from high school graduate to building one of the Coast's leading sales teams. His team is growing and the opportunity to give the right individual the same opportunity afforded to Greg has become available.

The ideal candidate would be someone who:

Wants to build a long term real estate career on the Sunshine Coast

Wants to work in a high performing goal orientated team

Has no expectations other than to learn, grow and develop

The role includes:

Client prospecting

Gathering market intelligence

Door knocking

Liaising with vendors, buyers and tradespeople

Handling prospective buyer enquiries

Pre-settlement inspections

Pre & post appraisal follow ups

Booking market appraisals and proposals

Assisting and attending open homes and inspections

Erecting open home signage and flags weekly

Database management

General administration

Prerequisites for the role:

A current (or studying) Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License

Be based in the central Sunshine Coast area

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Resilient, focused and determined to succeed

Strong administration and computer literacy skills

The ability prioritise and work proactively

The ability to work both in a supervised and unsupervised environment

A team player that is driven by helping others achieve industry leading results
